—– It takes me awhile to get into the mood to study.  Sometimes it takes a good 30 minutes.  But after watching the theme to the Barney Miller Show with heavy drums, and after watching Kimberly Wyatt in Jaiho, and after watching Tommy Lee Jones give his dog-house-hen-house speech from The Fugitive, and after watching Britney Spears belt out the Oops song; I can finally get it in gear.  And only after I’m good and ready, I can burn the study uninterrupted.  That study method is so darn unique, I know that no teacher would have guessed it.  And in truth, I know it doesn’t work for anybody else.

Start last hour 10:00 pm
—– I use two timers.  One alarm counts down from four hours.  And the other alarm counts down each ten minutes.  I limit the time on each set of words to ten minutes.  Of course simpler word sets take less time, while complex word sets take more time.  And I just muscle it through.
  • Objects – Utility Tools (42).
  • Objects – Office Tools (22).
  • Objects – Garden and Yard (46).
  • Objects – Automobiles (51).
Done.

I’m using the free app called Spanish Flashcards, by B.H. Inc., from the Android Playstore.
