Keywords: Chin-ups, Chinups, Fitness, Gym, Workout. —– The chin-up assists are progressing nicely. I’ve worked down to five sets of five repetitions with a 40 pound machine assist. Those are casual routine chin-ups. I should have casual zero-assisted chin-ups within two months, with luck and a tail wind. Please remember that it’s not just about muscles. The elbow joints, the wrist joints, the shoulders and even the arms’ bones themselves have to withstand the strain of lifting my body weight. My pure un-assisted chin-ups are still down the road awhile. —– 8.March.2016, Tuesday
