—– When companies do more with less, they eliminate workers. And workers are the ones who buy the products. So whether companies employ their own workers, or rely on other companies to employ workers; that employment provides the money for people to buy products of their choice.
—– But six sigma methods always point to automating processes, down-sizing the workforce, and out-sourcing the current workforce to save money and the effects of potential social pressures that a large workforce necessitates.
—– And unless you automate processes, downsize the workforce and out-source the current workforce; your stockholders and competitors call you weak.
—– Again, is there another way companies can pursue measurable profit and win?
