Exercise format for 5.May.2016, Thursday.

One legged leg presses.
Circuit machine seated adductors.
Overhead presses and upright rows with 20 pound EZ barbell.
Circuit machine seated adductors.
Overhead presses and upright rows with 20 pound EZ barbell.
Circuit machine seated leg extensions separate legs.
Overhead presses and upright rows with 20 pound EZ barbell.
Circuit machine seated leg curls.
Overhead presses and upright rows with 20 pound EZ barbell.
Standing bicep curls on the 20 pound EZ barbell.
Overhead presses and upright rows with 20 pound EZ barbell.
Repeat various to fill up 1 hour.

The overhead presses and upright rows are meant to keep the heart rate raised while I transition into the next exercise.  And please notice that most of the sets alternate between upper body usage to lower body usage and back to upper body usage.  Lastly, please notice that all the repetitions are with lower weights.  These lower weights cause the same muscle exhaustion, but I avoid the muscle collapse that causes me to want to rest for several minutes while I catch my breath.
