This entry shows a great workout, because I burned 1,000 calories.  A pound is 3,500 calories.  So this 1,000 calorie-burn is a great daily start.  It says I can balance the calories I eat, by burning the calories through daily exercise.  Then I have no net daily gain, at the worst.  And I might burn calories each day, like a torch, at the best.  And the varied exercises guarantee that I don’t incur injuries that come with repetitive motion.  I change body motion each hour.

History-Workout Entry Aug.2014

During August 2014, I exercised cardio for 1500 calories daily, and one-half pound daily. That’s where I’m headed again. I already gained the strength to do chinups, so the time spent in strength training is now available to calorie-burning and cardio-retraining. The goal is to lose tens of pounds, and regain the 180 or 200 pound weight, down from the current 240 pounds.

Sugars – 150 calories/day, 9 teaspoons or 36 g

“The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends limiting the amount of added sugars you consume to no more than half of your daily discretionary calories allowance. For most American women, that’s no more than 100 calories per day, or about 6 teaspoons [25 grams] of sugar. For men, it’s 150 calories per day, or about 9 teaspoons [36 grams]. ” – I am going to have to work on this.
