History-Workout Entry Aug.2014

During August 2014, I exercised cardio for 1500 calories daily, and one-half pound daily. That’s where I’m headed again. I already gained the strength to do chinups, so the time spent in strength training is now available to calorie-burning and cardio-retraining. The goal is to lose tens of pounds, and regain the 180 or 200 pound weight, down from the current 240 pounds.
