Workout. Hip Opener. 11.Aug.2016, Thursday

Today I did 100 squats, 50 pushups and 50 situps.  And I stretched my hip openers to the setting #3 of 10, where #1 is the widest.   It took me about 15 minutes on the seated adductor machine, but I finally got there.  [Donate online to KeepYourHouse]
