Here are the gym songs that I hear, as I workout in the facilities:

—– Some of you wondered how long it took, on my hip opener, to get to setting #4 and then to the wider setting #3. Thanks for that question. And it is a good question. Currently it takes me two minutes to spread the hips to setting #4, where the narrowest is #10. And I sit for two minutes at setting #4 to then enjoy that full stretch. These exercises are for hip health, hamstring health and wellness in the male pelvic area. And yes, I do wear proper public gym attire while on the Life Fitness seated adductor machine. —– And to finish my answer to the question, it last took me eight to nine minutes to widen my pelvic area from setting #4 to the wider setting #3, where the widest is setting #1. After I stretch my hips to the full setting #3, I sit to finish out the fifteen minutes. And if it takes me eight to nine minutes to reach setting #3, from setting #4, then I enjoy that complete stretch for the balance of time from six minutes to seven minutes. —– So that’s two minutes to stretch to setting #4.  Then it’s another two minute stretch at setting #4 to relax into the full relaxed width at that setting.  Then I move the setting from #4 to #3 and add weight from 130 pounds to 160 pounds.  Then I spend eight to nine minutes widening the hips into the full width of #3.  Then I sit and relax the hips into the static hold of #3 width, for six to seven minutes.  Then I release the machine and my hips entirely, and I walk it off for about five minutes.  But wait, and read on because there’s more.    [Donate online to KeepYourHouse]

—– And the reason again for the hip stretch on the adductor machine is to avoid hip surgery, hip problems, the need for a cane, the need walkers, and the need for a wheelchair in my later years.  I see those people who are elderly with canes, walkers and wheelchairs and wonder about all the advice they ignored from good caring doctors all through their years.  And now they walk with a limp at best, or cannot walk at all at worst.  [Donate online to KeepYourHouse]

—– Thanks for that question.  I’m the first of my family to be actively interested in fitness as a parttime hobby.  I learned most of this myself from my own sources.  And I appreciate people who also are new to the fitness hobby.  Maybe I can enrich your information level, even as I suck out the brain-matter of personal trainers for free everytime I meet one.  [Donate online to KeepYourHouse]
