Adductors 3, 2, 1 Lift-Off

I did my adductor circuit machine stretch this morning, because I want to live with continued dignity during my retirement.

  • Two reps of five minutes on setting # 3 of 10, where setting one is the widest.
  • One five minute rep on setting # 2, but failed to get the full stretch.

Later this same afternoon, I went back for a second session, but the inflammation from the first session limited me to stretching on the wider setting # 4. #LifeFitness #Adductor #hip #hips

Fasting 60 hours, Certificate of Completion

One-Day Fast, Certificate of Completion

—– I achieved my Fasting goals for this week, with two days of fasting.  I chose Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.  They lower my caloric intake for 24-hours, but give me a break to replenish my energy between those days.  Let it be said,”There actually ARE days I just don’t eat.”      [Donate online to KeepYourHouse]

—– I keep hearing about people who claim they don’t lose weight, regardless of the diet plan.  Frequent one-day fasts are a start, just as a respectful gesture for the surrounding people.    [Donate online to KeepYourHouse]

—– Please notice that almost every box of food contains 800-1000 calories.  And that’s the same for many liquid drinks.  Just read the labels.  Therefore, many meals have 2,500 calories, so any given day’s intake has three day’s caloric requirement.  And finish that 10″ plate.    [Donate online to KeepYourHouse]

—– The RAY DONOVAN series (Showtime) got me through, on the Thursday and the Saturday fasting.  I escaped into the Ray Donovan character and forgot my own worries.    [Donate online to KeepYourHouse]

—– Many over-weight people blame it on a low metabolism, but I instead think I have a high metabolism.  I conjecture that I eat 5,000 calories daily, which is enough calories for two days (2 x 2,500 calories), but I both have a high metabolism and workout 3-4 times a week.  And because of my high metabolism and workouts, my weight is somewhat controlled.  [Donate online to KeepYourHouse]

—– While following that math, I could eat every third day and still be healthy.  So I could fast on Monday and Tuesday.  And then eat on Wednesday. And then fast on Thursday and Friday.  And then eat on Saturday and Sunday.  The sum of the weekly calories still satisfies adequately the entire week.  If women took over the world, every man would be over-weight and have heart-disease.    [Donate online to KeepYourHouse]
